Ingredients

    1 small apple (granny smith preferred)
    A pinch of ground cinnamon
    A pinch of Splenda brown sugar

Directions

Core and peel the apple. Cut into slices. Put in microwavable bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over apples. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Tastes just like apple pie without the calories or fat. Makes 1 serving.

    I was surprised about how tasty it was. Definitely one of the healthier desserts I can make. - 1/17/08
