Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 27 medium, shelled and deveined
    green onion, finely chopped, 2 stalks
    Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Seasoned Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

In a large Ziploc bag, combine the shrimp, vinegar, sesame oil and green onion. Place in the fridge and marinate at least 30 minutes. Take 9 small skewers, and place 3 shrimp on each skewer. Sprinkle with seasonings. Grill, broil or bake in a 400 oven until just pink. Watch them carefully as it doesn't take them long to cook.

Serving Size: Makes 9 skewers...3 skewers with 3 shrimp each per serving
