A cobbler that anyone can make. A cobbler that anyone can make.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup self-rising flour (or substituted bisquick)
    1 cup splenda
    1 cup skim milk
    8 TBSP Promise margarine
    1 can blueberry pie filling (or any fruit pie filling)


Melt promise in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix flour, splenda, and milk.
Pour mixture into the dish.
Pour pie filling into the center of the mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to an hour until lightly browned.
