Ingredients

    1/4 cup white or yellow cornmeal
    1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. whiting fish fillets
    1/3 cup milk
    3 TBLS. butter
    lemon wedges, tarter sauce or browned butter (all optional)

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 450
2 combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish
3 dip fish fillets into the milk & coat with breading mixture
4 place fish in a lightly greased 13 x 9 dish or cookie sheet; drizzle with butter
5 bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork
6 serve with lemon, tatar sauce or browned butter
