Introduction

400 Calories. 400 Calories.

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, 93% lean
    1 small onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 pkg chili seasoning mix
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 c water
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    6 tbsp sour cream, reduced fat

Directions

Set pressure cooker to saute setting and lightly brown meat with garlic and onion. Do not over stir, leave meat in small chunks. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, peppers, seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce, and water.

Lock the lid and set to cook on meat/stew setting. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.

Serve with shredded cheese (2 tbsp) and light sour cream (1 tbsp).

Makes 6 servings.
