Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, 93% lean
    1 small onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    1 can diced tomatoes
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 pkg chili seasoning mix
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 c water

Directions

Set pressure cooker to saute setting and lightly brown meat with garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Do not over stir, leave meat in small chunks. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce, and water.

Lock the lid and set to cook on meat/stew setting. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.

Can be served with shredded cheese (2 tbsp) and light sour cream (1 tbsp).

Makes 6 servings.
