Introduction

A box mix embellished with some extra good stuff! A box mix embellished with some extra good stuff!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy Oatmeal Muffin Mix
    1 box Jiffy Bran with Dates Muffin Mix
    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup non-fat milk
    1/3 tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp wheat germ
    1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats
    2 tbsp milled flax seed
    2 sm bananas, mashed
    1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray 2 mini-muffin pans (24 muffins per pan) with non-stick cooking spray and fill evenly with batter. Bake at 400 for 5-6 minutes. Makes 48 mini-muffins.

Change it up by adding various berries or apple sauce.
