Very easy and tasty Humas! Very easy and tasty Humas!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 Cans PC Blue Menu No Salt added Chick Peas
    1 cup of chopped red, orange or yellow sweet bell peppers
    6 cloves of Garlic coarsely chopped
    1/2 small onion coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Black Pepper

Directions

Rinse and strain the chick peas. Coarsely chop the garlic, onion and peppers. Then add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until your desired consistency. Enjoy!
