Introduction

Ingredients

    1/t sesame seeds
    dash of hot sauce
    dash of wasabi
    1 can salmon, skinnless & boneless or tuna drained
    1/2T mayo, light
    1/2T fat free miracle whip

    1 sheet of nori
    slices cucumbers, carrot, pepper.

    1t soy sauce

Directions

Mix 1st 4 ingredients in a bowl. Place veggies on the nori, arrange mixture in a row then roll up like a typical sushi roll using a mat. Cut into slices. Enjoy with green tea & sodium-reduced soy sauce.

  • I could use some better instructions. like where does the mayo fit in? what do you do with the mixture, with the tuna? how does it go together!
