Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup dried apricots
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup raw almonds crushed

    1 banana
    8 ounces soft tofu
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/3 cup agave syrup
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs

Directions

pulse all ingredients down to crushed almonds in food processor but leave chunks for chewing. If you don't have food processor I just mixed good in bowl.

Then add remaining ingredients starting with banana down through eggs and mix to dough substance and put in 13" X 9 " glass backing pan lined with paper or I just used a small spray of cooking spray so doesn't stick to pan.

Cook at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

Cut into 1 1/2 " squares.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 " X 1 1/2 " square
