Introduction

My husband whipped this up. It is awesome! Not super healthy but super yummy! Careful it goes fast! I divide this into 4 servings but my daughter and I can eat one batch by ourselves! Ingredients

    0.5 cup popping corn kernals
    4 tbsp butter (salted)
    8 tbsp brown sugar
    6 tsp cup maple syrup
    0.25 tsp salt
    1 cup butter toffee peanuts (optional)

Directions

Pop corn in an air popper. In a separate saucepan put maple syrup and brown sugar. Heat to dissolve sugar and a dash of salt, add butter and mix over heat until caramel like. While caramel is hot pour over popcorn and toss to coat. Add peanuts if wanted while tossing.
