Introduction
This is a sweet treat that is great for you! I have them for breakfast often or right before work to keep me from getting hungry. This is a sweet treat that is great for you! I have them for breakfast often or right before work to keep me from getting hungry.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
-1 cup of vanilla soy milk.
-3.5 tbl green tea latte mix. (mine is by a company called Big Train Dragonfly Green Tea Mix)
-1/2 or 1 scoop (nutrition based off 1/2 scoop) of vanilla protein powder.
-ice cubes
(I found great whey protein powder at GNC for $20)
Directions
-In a blending cup (I use the magic bullet) place about 9 ice cubes in and blend them up to make crushed ice. Or you can simply leave the ice out and have a smooth drink.
-Add soy, green tea powder and protein to cup and blend!
It should be thick and creamy :]
