Ingredients

    8-10 potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/4 cup oil
    2 ribs celery
    2 tbs white vinegar
    1 cup mayonaisse
    2 tbs sweet pickle juice
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tbs chopped parsley (fresh)

Directions

boil skinned potatoes. in a small bowl mix oil, vinegar, and pickle juice. Pour over the potatoes and let it
cool. When the potatoes are cool, cut into cubes. Add
everything else and toss gently. Refrigerate for 4-6
hours.
