Ingredients

    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 85g ( 1 med)
    Celery, raw, 190g 2 stalks
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Onions, raw, 190 1 large
    Green Peppers 85 gram (half small pepper)
    Red Potato, 250g
    Water, tap, 400
    Bacon grease, 1 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Hunts Petite Diced Tomato, 1.75 cup (1 can)
    Clam Juice - 8 oz bottle
    Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    clam from frozen, 120 gram

Directions

Fry chopped veggies in bacon fat. Add salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and cook until fragrant. Add water, tomatoes, clams, worcestershire sauce and simmer for 15 minutes until veggies are tender and flavors mix.
