    1 lb. ground sirloin (or beef of choice)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp crushed garlic
    2 cups cooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp EVOO (any brand on hand)


Brown beef with onions & garlic thoroughly in EVOO. Add entire can of tomatoes and 2 cups cooked macaroni (which was rinsed), then heat thru to blend flavors. More seasonings can be added per tastes, such as chilli....I have to eat bland diet.

Serving Size: makes 7 1 cup servings
