    8 oz. of canned chicken breast (in water)
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    3 TBSP of Miracle Whip Light
    15 Raisins
    1 tsp. curry powder


Drain water from canned chicken. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serves 1.

  • I haven't made this yet, but I will, it sounds good. My first reaction was to skip it though when I saw the calorie amount! But then I saw that this is supposed to be for one serving - are you serious? I would divide it by about 4 servings - and the same for the calorie count. - 1/23/08
