Introduction
This easy to make cucumber sandwich used to be a hit in my tea room. It was the most asked for sandwich. I used to cut it into shapes but you can leave it as one piece to make sure you know how much you really consumed! This easy to make cucumber sandwich used to be a hit in my tea room. Ingredients

Cucumber thinly slices
sour cream
Lemon Pepper
Nature's Own Whole wheat bread
Directions
Cover each slice of bread with a thin layer of sour cream
Place thinly cut cucumbers on each slice of bread
Shake lemon pepper onto the top of the cucumbers (add as much or as little as you like)
For easy eating, cut into fours and place on plate.
Serving Size: makes one complete sandwich
