Ingredients

    1 cup of broccoli
    1/2 precooked chicken breast or a can of chicken
    1/2 cup sweet bell peppers or a few of the small mixed color ones
    a few tbsp of light italian dressing
    few tsp of mustard, poupon or yellow
    a squeeze of citrus juice
    pinch of basil
    pinch of black pepper

Directions

chop the chicken, broccoli, and peppers, mix with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
