Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    1/2 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 T spicy mustard
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the chili sauce, soup, pumpkin, salt, pumpkin pie spice and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on buns.

Makes 12 servings 1/4 cup each.
