Introduction

Use up the left-over turkey that's left after all the other parts of the holiday meal are gone. Use up the left-over turkey that's left after all the other parts of the holiday meal are gone.

Ingredients

    16 oz. Turkey breast meat shredded in food processor.
    scant half cup of Hellmann's light mayonnaise
    celery seed (to taste - 1 T) fresh celery ground up is even better
    dill weed (to taste - 1/2 t)
    1/4 cup onion finely chopped
    1/4 cup parsley
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Grind up your left-over turkey, while grinding add your onion, parsley, celery seed and dill weed.
Put in a medium size bowl, large enough for stirring.
Add the mayonnaise.
I made my rather dry - to limit the fat and calories. A tomato on the sandwich added some moisture.
Blend together, add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy a 1/4 cup on your favorite bread for a sandwich.
