Introduction

Using the toastmaster egg cooker. Using the toastmaster egg cooker.

Ingredients

    1/2 Thomas whole grain english muffin
    1 large poached egg
    5 fresh baby spinach leaves
    1 slice tomato
    1 slice canadian bacon
    2 tbs. whipped cottage cheese
    crushed red pepper flakes
    pinch of salt and black pepper (optional)

Directions

Using the toastmaster egg cooker.....

fill the measuring cup with cold water to the poached egg symbol on measuring cup, pour into base of toastmaster.

spray one poaching tray with cooking spray, crack open one large egg into that poaching tray. Sprinkle crushed red pepper on egg.

In second poaching tray add canadian bacon and spinach.

place lid on egg cooker and set on cook with buzzer. In 4 minutes your meal is done!

While poaching eggs, spinach and bacon; toast english muffin and spread with whipped cottage cheese spread; when eggs, spinach and bacon are done place the spinach and bacon on the muffin first, then top with poached egg and add slice of tomato on side. Enjoy!
