    15 oz can Stewed Tomatoes
    2 cups Low-Fat Chicken Broth
    1 cup penne pasta, cooked
    2 1/3 cup diced cooked chicken
    1 T. Texas Pete (or other hot sauce)
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    Garlic to taste


Combine tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic, hot sauce and seasonings in a large saucepan on medium heat. Once simmering, add penne pasta and chicken. Continue to simmer until everything is warmed through. Makes 4 servings.
