Ingredients

3oz Shrimp
2oz Imitation Crab Meat
0.5 tbsp omega-3 olive oil
1 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp onion
1 tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter
1/4 panko whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Prehead oven to 350 degrees
Cut shrimp and crab into small chunks.
Dice onion and garlic into small pieces
Heat olive oil in non-stick pan. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened. Add butter, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Mix well
Cut a slit in the fish length-wise, leaving about 1 inch on either end. Add the stuffing to the fish.
Bake for 25 minutes (Salmon), 20 minutes (Tilapia, depending on thickness)
Makes 4 - 05.cup servings
