Introduction

Ingredients

    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Rosemary, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Parsley, .5 tbsp
    Sweet Cherries, 2 cup, without pits
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine Butter, rosemary, garlic, and parlsey to make a herbed butter.
Pit cherries and set aside.
In a saute pan, add olive oil and heat. Add cherries to pan and cook until soft. Add butter and cook until butter is melted.
Blend cherry sauce until smooth. Add Balsamic Vinegar and return to pan to reduce by 1/3.
Add to fish, chicken, duck or any other meat as a sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2 tbsp servings
