This looks quite easy but based on the cooking method being in the bag, this sounds like BAKED chicken rather than ROASTED chicken - 7/28/09

This was quite good, especially to be so easy and with simple ingredients. I used chicken tenders and added carrots. I paired it with whole wheat couscous and a salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. A very nice meal...easy, inexpensive, tasty and healthy. You can't beat that! - 5/8/09

    Incredible!
I used boneless, skinnless chicken breasts and added baby carrots, onions and celery. Delicious! - 1/6/09

I used chicken breast instead of thighs so maybe that changed the taste a bit? - 1/4/08

    Very Good
I liked it very much. For the next time I am planning to change the marination - and I will have a new taste :) - 12/31/07
