Ingredients

    Lemon Chili Chicken Wings
    12 meaty chicken wings (or legs, or thighs, whatever)
    1 sprig fresh rosemary (I have used dried, and it still tastes great) 4-5 tbsp lemon juice 1 heaping tbsp honey 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 - 1/2 tsp chile flakes salt, fresh ground pepper
    Chop the rosemary, and mix it, the lemon juice, honey, ketchup, and Worcestershire, in a bowl. Add the chili flakes and whisk them in.
    Put the chicken wings into a bowl and pour the marinade over them, stirring to coat. Cover and let chill in the fridge until ready to grill.
    Once the grill is hot, throw on the chicken wings. Turn once during cooking. Total cooking time (according to the recipe) should be between 10 and 15 minutes.
    You can also do them in the oven on a cookie sheet or in a baking dish.
