Introduction
I just needed the recipe calculator. This recipe uses lean ground turkey, dry beans, and lower sodium tomatoes & vegetable juice so it's relatively low sodium. I just needed the recipe calculator. Ingredients

20 oz lean (93/7%) ground turkey
1 cup dry black beans
1 cup dry kidney beans
2 TBSP Safeway taco seasoning mix
1 - 14.5oz can Safeway no salt added diced tomatoes
2 cups Safeway 100% juice vegetable juice low sodium (or V8)
1 cup tap water + enough to thin to taste
Directions
Soak beans overnight then rinse and add to slow cooker
Brown, drain and rinse turkey and add to slow cooker
Add other ingredients and cook on high until the beans are ready to eat. Probably 4 hours or so, maybe more.
Add additional tap water as needed to make the desired consistency.
Serving Size: 10 - 1 cup servings
