Introduction

Ingredients

6 stalks celery
1 small garlic clove
1/2 avocado
sea salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste - I like mine spicy
***you can add in 1 Tbsp olive oil to get a thicker consistency but make sure to add those calories to yor Nutrition Tracker.
Directions
Clean celery and chop into chunks and throw in blender. Add in one clove of garlic to mince up. Add 1 cup water. Blend away.
Open top of blender add in sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Throw in half of an avocado. Add the other cup of water. Blend well.
Serve immediately or you will need to reblend as the soup will separate due to high water content of celery.
