Ingredients

    1 pound lean round steak
    6 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    salt, pepper

Directions

Dice beef, potato and onion in a 1/2-inch dice. Combine well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Roll pie crust into 6" circles, and place 1/8 of the filling onto 1/2 of the circle. Fold the other half over and seal. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm and plain, or with ketchup or gravy.
