Introduction

So yummy and delicious that you wouldn't know it was low calorie! So yummy and delicious that you wouldn't know it was low calorie!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 (15 oz) can Pure Pumpkin (such as Libby's)
    1/2 cup Liquid Egg Substitute (such as Egg Beaters)
    1 1/2 cup fat free milk
    3/4 cups Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Spray a pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Lower temp of oven to 375 degrees (do not take pie out of oven). Bake for 45 additional minutes at 375 degrees, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
