Introduction

One of our family faves. Can easily be doubled and tripled for a cake pan size. One of our family faves. Can easily be doubled and tripled for a cake pan size.

Ingredients

    1 TBSP MARGARINE
    2 EGGS
    1/2 C FLOUR
    1/2 CUP MILK (2%)
    1/4 TSP SALT

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Melt margarine in pie pan in the oven. brush margarine up onto the sides of the dish. Beat eggs slightly, then add remaining ingredients just until mixed. Do not over beat, it will be lumpy. Pour in to pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffy and deep golden brown. Serve with your fave topping: powdered sugar, syrup, fruit or jelly.
