Introduction
This is a familyfun.com recipe I wanted to try. I would like to replace the corn syrup with something healthier. But this is the recipe as it stands.I made some adjustments, the parenthesis indicate the way the original recipe was. I am vegan so I had to change some of the recipe.

Number of Servings: 32
Ingredients
-
1 c light corn syrup
1/2 c sucanat (or packed brown sugar)
1.5 c cashew butter
1 c Arbonne vanilla powder (or dry milk)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 c granola cereal
.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Grease a 9X13 pan and set aside. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, stir together the corn syrup and sucanat. Cook until sucanat dissolves, about a minute then let simmer for 30 seconds more. I let it boil for about a minute total.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Let cool until you can handle the mixture, knead it all together until it's well mixed. Then pat it in place in the 9X13 pan. Let cool for one hour.
These bars will be soft, if you refrigerate them they are harder.
Serving Size: Full recipe makes 32 bars, half makes 16 bars
