Ingredients

    1/2 onion finely chopped
    2 tsp giner finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic finely chopped
    3 green chilis finely chopped
    1/2 head cauliflower broken into small florets
    1 cup broccoli
    1 sweet potato cubed
    1/2 apple chopped
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp coriander

Directions

saute onion, ginger, chili and garlic. Add 2 T water or stock and spice. Cook on high 3 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and add more water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
