Ingredients

    1 box Zatarain's Dirty Rice Mix
    1 jalapeno
    1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1.5 cups fire roasted tomatoes (can use whole can if desired)
    Water
    3 large red bell peppers
    1 oz parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Make rice according to box, adding browned beef, jalapeno, and tomatoes. Once prepared, fill pepper halves, cover with parmesan, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Good
    Ground meat is not included in the list of ingredients. Aside from that, not bad. I used 4 green bell peppers; tops sliced off. Had more than enough of the rice mixture, which DH loved (minus the pepper). - 7/19/15
