This was the first fish recipe that I have tried at this site. it was delicious. I will make this again tonight, but this time I will add a pinch of a spicy pepper. Thanks. Great job! - 2/28/13

This was good and I'd make it again. I doubled the recipe to include 4 fillets so the measurements for the soy sauce, brown sugar, water and EVOO came in just under 1/4 cup. Next time I'll cut down on the brown sugar because I found it just a tad too sweet for my taste. - 1/3/12
