Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was good and I'd make it again. I doubled the recipe to include 4 fillets so the measurements for the soy sauce, brown sugar, water and EVOO came in just under 1/4 cup. Next time I'll cut down on the brown sugar because I found it just a tad too sweet for my taste.
