Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Pasta
    Sundried Tomato 1/4 cup
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, use lowfat to cut calories and fat
    Boneless Skinless Chicken breast cooked 1 6 oz breast
    Combine with pepper, garlic, onions, basil

Directions

Cook pasta, combine soup, sundried tomato, onion and seasonings, add cooked chicken till heated through and toss with pasta, great with salad.
