    Extra-firm tofu, 14 - 16 oz crumbled
    Garlic cloves, 3
    Extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons
    Oregano, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon of dried
    Salt, 3/4 tsp


Combine all of the ingredients in that order in a food processor and pulse to puree. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one week.

    The flavors will meld together, however, I press my tofu by wrapping it in cheese cloth and then putting a heavy object on it, and it crumbles very well. The oil will provide the mositure. Thanks for sharing this. - 10/10/11
