I found this recipe in the grocery store on one of those wire racks.
Catfish breaded w/Louisiana Fish Fry baked in oven. This came out really good taste wise next time I need to flip it sooner and possibly spray top before flipping as on the top side the louisiana fry didn't come out the same.

You can substitute any fish fillet for the catfish, such as cod, mahi-mahi, grouper, tilapia, etc.
