Ingredients

    Makes 6-8 servings:
    2 pounds of catfish fillets
    3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
    2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste ( you can substitute to Dash)
    Paprika to sprinkle

Tips

For those who are soduim restrict diet like me, you can substitute salt with dash. It's good with Dash as well! Enjoy!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350*F
Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Season fish to taste, place in single layer in prepared pan.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except paprika. spread over fish, let sit 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with Paprika.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.
