    Good
I cooked 2 filets. Didn't use the cayenne pepper but did use the Tony Cachere's Seasoning. Will try it with Tilapia next. - 1/26/08

    Very Good
I had 1 pound of catfish, 2 fillets. So my serving sizes were much smaller for 4 people. Didn't have the garlic powder, so I used a seasoning salt instead (and I omitted the other seasonings) . This worked well because I think 1 t cayenne pepper would have been to spicy for my kids. Tasted great! - 12/15/07
