Ingredients

1 can Corned Beef Hash
10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 Frozen 9" Ready to Bake Pie Crust
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup white flour
1 egg
1 tsp Dry Mustard
Shredded Cheese for the top about 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Thaw and strain frozen spinach and set aside.
Mix soup, flour, egg, dry mustard powder together.
Add spinach to this mixture.
Put corned beef hash on the bottom of the frozen pie crust and spread evenly on the bottom.
Add spinach mixture to the top.
Bake for about 45 minutes. If the crust starts to get too brown cover edges with foil.
Remove and add cheese to the top.
Lower oven temerature and return pie to the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Let stand at least 20 minutes before cutting.
Cut and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
You can make it healthier by using low fat hash, soup and cheese.
