Introduction

Yummy fall treat! Yummy fall treat!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * 3C Baking apples (ie: Granny Smith, Cortland, etc), peeled and chopped (about 3 large apples)

    * !C margarine, softened
    * 1 1/4C sugar
    * 2 eggs
    * 2C flour
    * 1 tsp cinnamon
    * 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

1) preheat oven to 350
2) In a large mixing bowl, cream margaine and sugar. Beat in eggs.
3) In a small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
4) Add dry ingredients to margarine, a little at a time. Stir in apples.
5) Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Try to distribute the apples evenly around pan.
6) Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
7) Let cool before cutting. Cut into 12 brownies.
