Introduction

Really simple...I know it sounds kind of gross, but the cool whip ends up melting and becoming very rich. It really hits the spot when you have one of those awful cravings for something sweet. Really simple...I know it sounds kind of gross, but the cool whip ends up melting and becoming very rich. It really hits the spot when you have one of those awful cravings for something sweet.

Ingredients

    3/4 cup fat free cool whip
    1/2 tbsp of ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Put the cool whip into a microwave safe container
2. Sprinkle the cinnamon into the cup on top of the cool whip
3. Heat it in the microwave for about a minute
* You can also add a pinch of splenda if you choose. I've found that when I add splenda it becomes a bit too sweet for my liking, but it all depends on what you like! =]
