Ingredients

16 wonton wrappers
1T rice wine vinager
3T Soy sauce
1/2t of ginger, grated
1T sugar
1/2 C spinach, frozen
1/4C corn, frozen
1/4C grated carrots
Directions
whisk together rice wine vinegar, 2T soy sauce, sugar,and ginger. Set aside this will be the dipping sauce.
Combine spinach,corn, and carrots with 1T soy sauce. Place a spoonful onto a wonton. wet the edges of wonton with water and fold over and seal. (you can fold them however triangle or rolled )
Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil each dumpling for 3 minutes, let cool and serve with dipping sauce
