Introduction
For Chicken and Noodles, saute onion, carrots till lightly brown, add celery and broth to cover abd then some; you need enough liquid to cook the noodles in the broth. Directions
Mix flour, eggs, salt. Work into a ball. let the ball rest for 30 minutes or so. Roll out on a floured board. Cut into long strips, long or short (I use a pizza cutter for this. Add to your favorite stew or soup.
These noodles cook in the broth, so be sure there is plenty of broth.
