Introduction

For Chicken and Noodles, saute onion, carrots till lightly brown, add celery and broth to cover abd then some; you need enough liquid to cook the noodles in the broth. Add the noodles, then sour cream and chopped parsley.

They also work well in any stew or soup. For soup, you may want to halve the recipe, or keep half in the fridge for later use.

Ingredients

    Flour, 6 cups
    6 eggs
    Handful salt

Directions

Mix flour, eggs, salt. Work into a ball. let the ball rest for 30 minutes or so. Roll out on a floured board. Cut into long strips, long or short (I use a pizza cutter for this. Add to your favorite stew or soup.

These noodles cook in the broth, so be sure there is plenty of broth.
