Ingredients

    200 grams old fashioned oatmeal
    1 cup canned Pumpkin
    1cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters or 4 egg whites
    2 cups 1% milk
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tbsp Light Syrup
    2 tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
    1 1/3 cup fresh Cranberries
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine the oats, baking powder, brown sugar,and spices in a medium bowl. Combine the maple syrup, vanilla, milk, pumpkin, applesauce, and egg. Add milk mixture to oat mixture; stir in cranberries. Pour oat mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.
