Ingredients
-
10 Graham cracker rectangles
8 oz Philly fat free strawberry cream cheese (or your favorite flavor)
1 sm pkg Jello sugar-free pudding (use your favorite)
2 cups skim milk
about 14 tbsp sugar free peach preserves (I use my own homemade with Splenda)
Directions
Put Philly out to soften. Mix pudding with 2 cups of skim milk, according to package directions. Allow pudding to sit for about 5 minutes.
Place 3 1/2 graham cracker rectangles in the bottom of an 8" glass dish. Spread softened Philly over the first layer of graham crackers. Place another 3 1/2 graham cracker rectangles over the cream cheese. Spoon prepared pudding over the second layer of crackers. Place another 3 1/2 graham cracker rectangles over the pudding. Spoon the peach preserves over the last layer of crackers. Put in the refridgerator for about 15 minutes or until you are ready to serve.
This works with just about any flavor that you like. I'm sure it would be good with strawberry preserves and strawberry cream cheese too.
