Introduction

Gluten free, made with black beans! Gluten free, made with black beans!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    3 tbsp melted butter
    2 tbsp melted coconut oil
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    5 tbsp honey ( or stevia, or maple syrup, adjust to taste)
    1 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
    2 dashes cayenne pepper (it really complements the chocolate!)
    1 oz nuts (optional)
    1 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor except for chocolate chips (and nuts if using). Blend until well blended. Sit in chocolate chips (and nuts if using). Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper, greased with coconut oil. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
