1 - 2 T. CURRY POWDER (ACCORDING TO TASTE)
4 - 6 SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
4 MEDIUM POTATOES PEELED & CUT INTO 1 1/2 INCH CUBES (OPTIONAL)
SALT TO TASTE
PAM NO STICK SPRAY
Directions
SPRAY BOTTOM OF DUTCH OVEN WITH PAM. ADD ONIONS. SAUTE UNTIL JUST TURNING LIGHT BROWN. ADD CURRY POWDER AND STIR FOR A FEW SECONDS. ADD GREEN BEANS (UNDRAINED), CHICKEN BROTH, BOULLION, SALT. BRING TO BOIL. COOK 1/2 HOUR ON MEDIUM HEAT. ADD POTATOES. COOK UNTIL CHICKEN AND POTATOES ARE DONE.
