Ingredients

12 Cocktail Shrimp, cooked peeled deveined with tails off, cut in half
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Mushrooms,diced
1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
7 oz. (half a can) Baby corn, drained, cut in half
1 oz. Raw Cashew, crushed
1/2 Cup Low Sodium Teryaki Sauce
2 Tbsp. Wheat flour
3/4 Cup Basmati Rice
Directions
Cook basmati rice as directed.
Add the olive oil to a pan and let heat up. Add the garlic when the oil is heated and sautee for a few minutes.
Add all of the vegtables (except the baby corn) with the worcesterhsire sauce and cook on medium heat until the vegtable are just about tender. Then add the baby corn and shrimp and cook untill thoroughly heated.
Turn the heat to low and add the teryaki sauce and the flour, the flour is used to thicken the sauce. Lastley add the crushed up cashews and serve over basmati or your favorite rice.
